Ingredients
dash of cumin
dash oregano
dash cloves
dash chili powder
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. minced dried onions
2 eggs
2 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
Directions
- Cut up mushrooms and cook in a non-stick pan. Once cooked take off of heat
- Crack eggs into a bowl and add all of the spices. Mix until yolks are broken.
- Put mushrooms into egg mixture
- Pour egg mixture into non-stick pan and cook until surface is not wet
- Flip omelet. Place cheese on omelet and fold the omelet in half
- Enjoy!
