Ham and cheese with some zip

For lunch, I try to eat more food but then for dinner eat less. I like to think of it as the European way of eating. Not only that but it also allows my body to burn off all of the food that I consumed. If I don't have too much time to make a dinner like lunch then I eat very lightly to hold me over until an early dinner.

What I had today was ONE slice of toast (because I love carbohydrates but having too much of a good thing is never good), 2 slices of deli Rosemary ham, and 2 slices of your favorite cheese (mine being Vermont cheddar). I like to also add some horseradish mustard to add a little zing to the ham and cheese. With this type lunch it is an average total of 284 calories :)
