Getting my nutrients

I am always trying to diet and limit the amount of calories that I consume but I realize that I need some important vitamins and calcium. That is why I LOVE eating Plain Greek Yogurt. Not only is it low in calories but also is filling too. Not only that, but it has 18g of protein and 20 % of my daily calcium!!





I usually add some fruit salad or some granola to enrich the taste. For fruit salad I make a huge tub of mixed fruits that I can grab as a snack or have it with a meal. For fruit salad I usually add strawberry's,  blueberry's, watermelon, and Honey dew. Not only is it delicious and filling but is a perfect way for me to avoid eating sweets or snack on unhealthy food. It's all about eating healthy and feeling good about what I am eating.  Mmmm Delicious!
